A lot of time and effort was put into this particular chapter, so that's nice to hear. :-) And yeah there are some really good stories out there in the slavefic genre.

Yes, I think I've read too many stories like that in the past where the bottom is too weak, for example crying too much. There's nothing wrong with some crying, especially in a hurt/comfort fic, but some authors take it so far that it loses all impact for me. I wanted both my boys to be flawed but lovable and still strong, and (hopefully) well-developed, and it sounds like from your pov that I succeeded. And yes, I liked this chapter because I also got to show some of his siblings in more detail. Glad you feel for them.
