Yeah, I find it pretty odd not just that slash is so widespread online, but that almost all slavefic is slash (since femdom would be a subgenre under slavefic/bdsm/etc). I guess either it really is a taboo, or most slavefic writers just aren't into it? I don't know; color me confused. Even within femdom, F/f seems to be more popular than F/m.
Lol, glad that excited you. I'll admit I'm excited about it too, as well as feeling challenged. Because it will definitely be a challenge to write such an assertive woman without most online readers thinking she's a total bitch. XD And the point is that you can be a bitch, but you can also be vulnerable and sympathetic at times. But as I talked about with alienfish, it seems hard to avoid having your female MC being labeled as either a victim or a bitch. Sigh. We'll see what happens!
