flighty_dreamsWow it's really been almost a month already? Life's been kinda crazy.
Doing some writing on and off, but not nearly enough, I'm sad to say. Bahhh. I need to get off my ass about that. And not be so ADD either. I write bits of multiple things and have to struggle to get anything done. Only short drabble-y type fic really gets done, because its the sort of thing I can write in just a session or two. It's done before I have time to switch back onto something else or go be lazy and non-writey. And yeah, I just used the word 'writey'. That's a first!
Current WIPs (thought I should make a list to keep things in mind):
1. Methos Calendar Year - February (Status: getting closer and closer to done... I can almost taste it.)
2. Urban fantasy short story - still untitled (Status: Writer's block on the whole climax part of the story, but I know the aftermath. Got that worked out. Too bad I'm struggling to write a major tense action scene. Sigh.)
3. Spliced (Status: Actually wrote a bit today--amazing! It's been on my brain a lot lately though. Min and Matt have dug their claws into me and won't let go.)
4. Methos Calendar Year - October or November (Status: I keep eyeing this one although I know its far away. I've got a good chunk of it written already.)
5. I've been reading a lot of Sarah Connor Chronicles fic lately, and I can feel my spidey senses tingling, the vague urge to write another fic. Preferably with Derek. Gah, I adore him. We'll see if the muse strikes again.
That is all for now. For now... I never underestimate my powers of ADD! I have been reading plenty of Barney/Robin fic lately as well... maybe the muse will strike there.
