flighty_dreamsJust checking in, since it's been 2 weeks since my last entry.
I've been busy (had a training class to attend for work, among other things) but I have gotten some writing done here and there as well. On a couple different things actually, one of them being Spliced and the other that recent slavefic/femdom plot bunny I had. I've got a Prologue and Chapter 2 ready to go along with the already posted Chapter 1. I just need to come up with a title and a summary for it, which isn't as easy as it seems. XD
The next update of Spliced won't be ready for a while; I'm in the process of dreaded re-writes at the moment. Sorry for the bigger lags between updates; I'm in a tricky part of the story. I know where I want to go, but the complicated part is working out how to get there exactly--all those troublesome steps in between. I know the major things, but there are details I hadn't decided on yet, so I'm having to sort all that stuff out as I go along, which isn't exactly conducive to quick updates. Alex isn't the only one trapped in an asteroid field swerving to avoid disaster. XD Sorry!
Anyways, still catching up from when I went a few days without Internet access. So I still have some fic updates to read and comments to write. *glances guiltily at Violet/Tom, for one thing* I'll get to them soon!
For now, I'll leave you with this bit from the next chapter:
