Just wanted to make a belated thank you post to fran_fic , spike7451 , ilovetobefree and helga1967 for the lovely v-gifts and birthday wishes! Thank you all!

I had a nice day--taking the workday off for my birthday (who wants to be stuck at work on their birthday anyway right?) sure did wonders for my spirits. :-)

It's spring here now all of a sudden, and the cherry blossom trees are blooming. I love this time of the year. The only downsides are the bees and all the pollen. (I am freaked out by bees.) But it's lovely to see all the trees in bloom and to have all this color after months of bare trees.

I hope you all are doing well.

Busy in good ways, thankfully, but busy, yes. I did get around to rereading all my slavefic story notes recently (there was stuff in there I had completely forgotten about, so good thing I did). Now for making the time to get back into writing...

Yeah, isn't that crazy when that happens? I've found old notes before and didn't even remember having written some of it down. And yes, that time for writing is also necessary! Hope you get back to it soon.
